Chapter Phoenix PDM (Professional Development Meeting) Dinner Meetings
To REGISTER (if registration open) go to Calendar (on top panel of Home Page).
Only pre-pay registrations via credit card will be accepted. All registrations will close Wed, 12PM PST (noon) on day prior to PDM or until sell-out.
NOTE: To attend our PDM please pre-pay register by credit card so we can reserve your seat. Your cooperation is appreciated. As we never want to have to turn a pay-at-the-door attendee away because of reaching maxiumum seating capacity, the Chapter has eliminated ALL payments at the door effective April 1st, 2008.

Date and Location
Phoenix Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at the Doubletree Guest Suites Phoenix - Gateway Center at 320 N. 44th St. (2 blocks north of Van Buren Street on 44th Street).
Monthly Chapter Dinner Meetings are primarily for the purposes of networking and educational opportunities. Announcements of Chapter business as well as announcements of general member interest are made as appropriate and as time allows. Per our Chapter policy, Chapter business is conducted before the membership during regularly scheduled business reviews, during the mandatory Annual Meeting or during Special Meetings of the Membership as called for by the Board of Directors or the membership.
Note: the Chapter has implemented a total Pre-Pay Registration system. Your cooperation and support is greatly appreciated!

Reservations
You MUST pre-register and pre-pay via credit card on our secured website to attend our PDM meetings!
ARE YOU READY to REGISTER? Go to Calendar (on top panel of Home Page).
Make your reservations online no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the Wednesday just prior to the PDM meeting.
When you arrive at the door, there will be a pre-printed name badge waiting for you.
You simply pick up your name badge and you're done with registration!
If you are using a Pass (Special Guest Ticket) for the PDM meeting, you must pre-register so we can include you on our Master PDM Attendance list. Please have your Pass ticket number available. You will need to provide this ticket number to register. If you do not pre-register and then show up at the PDM Meeting with a Pass, there is a chance that we will not be able to accomodate you.
At the PDM, we will also have the Master PDM Attendance list on-hand to verify the attendee has registered and paid should there be any issues.
If you must cancel your dinner or speaker reservation, the cancellation has to be done by the cutoff time noted below in the Cancellation section. Refer to the Cancellation section on this page for full details.

Cost
We accept on-line payment by most credit cards via the secured payment authorization system on our website.
As a Chapter, our directive was to initiate a complete Pre-Pay Registration system for all PDMs.
Standard Prices for pre-paid registered (i.e., pre-paid on-line using credit card):
Price for a member for the Dinner and Speaker is $30
Price for a non-member for the Dinner and Speaker is $35
Price for a member for the No-Meal (Speaker Only) is $10
Price for a non-member for the No-Meal (Speaker Only) is $15
Do NOT bring cash or checks to the PDM.
The Chapter reserves the right to change the price of the PDM at any time as well as to offer promotional and/or discounted rates to attendees.
If you are using a Pass (Guest Speaker, Special Guest, or Speaker-Only) for the PDM meeting, you must pre-register so we can include you on our Master PDM Attendee list.
Effective April 1st, 2008, a "walk-in" payment at-the-door will include an additional $5 service charge and your admission will be based on PDM seating space availability. It is the Chapter's intent to try to accomodate a last-minute "walk in" but there is no guarantee we will be able to admit you. Thus, this practice is strongly not recommended, as we never want to have to turn away a member or guest.

Cancellation
If you cannot attend the meeting due to a last-minute need to cancel, you may have someone else go in your place. Please have your delegate inform the registration table at check-in. It is your responsibility to true-up the PDM payment with your delegate, if you so desire.
If you must cancel your dinner or speaker reservation, it has to be done no later than 12:00 PM PST (noon) on Wednesday just prior to the meeting. If you paid via credit card, your refund will be issued as per cancellation policies and fees via the online registration system. If your payment was listed as pay offline and you have sent a check, please include the PDM date, your check number, and where to send the refund. Your fee will then be refunded, less any cancellation fees as shown on the registration system. Email your cancel request to Julia at: PDM_registration@phx-pmi.org. Please allow our Finance team up to 21 days to process the Cancellation request.
No refund will be given if your cancellation request is received AFTER the cancellation cut-off time.
